Delete your account or data
Delete your account in the app
- Open Physik and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted right away.
This deletes your profile, workouts, sets, routines, check-ins, body measurements, progress photos, nutrition logs, notes, personal records, and support requests. Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days. It can't be recovered.
Subscriptions aren't cancelled automatically. If you subscribe through the App Store, cancel in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, before or after deleting your account.
Delete your data but keep your account
In the app, go to Profile → Contact Support, choose Privacy / my data, and tell us what you'd like deleted. We'll delete all of your data and leave an empty account you can keep using, and confirm by email.
Can't sign in?
Email support@physikapp.com from the email address on your Physik account and ask us to delete your account or data. We may reply to confirm the request came from you. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
